Chef Jim Coleman's career has taken him all over, allowing him to experience a world of Healthy Flavors which he shares with the viewers of public television. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Jim has held the position of Executive Chef at numerous luxuxy establishments - among them the five-diamond Rittenhouse Hotel in Philadelphia.

Chef Jim is currently the Executive Chef at Normandy Farm and Coleman Restaurant in Blue Bell, PA.
