Freezing Tofu

While we don't recommend freezing tofu because it alters the texture, it is safe to do so for a short period of time. You should only do so for up to 2 months - and defrost tofu (for one day) in the refrigerator. Use the tofu within 2-5 days! Do not re-freeze the tofu after it has been thawed.

Always use the product or dispose of it by the Best Used By Date!
